Owner of OMNI Neuro
Sarah, the founder of OMNI Neuro, began her academic journey at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where she studied interior design. Her path took a transformative turn following her personal battle with a head injury that led to persistent challenges, including fatigue, word-finding difficulties, clumsiness, headaches, emotional overwhelm, and brain fog.
This experience introduced Sarah to the world of neurofeedback, sparking a deep passion for its potential to heal and enhance the brain's performance. Over the past eight years, she has trained extensively in neurofeedback under qEEG Diplomates, refining her expertise in this cutting-edge modality.
Sarah’s practice focuses on a diverse range of applications, including peak performance, concussion recovery, mental resilience, sleep optimization, stress management, and achieving flow states. She has worked with a wide array of clients, from professional athletes and children/teens to C-suite executives, mompreneurs, and individuals seeking a competitive edge.
In addition to her neurofeedback specialization, Sarah is a certified Life Coach, Brain Coach (through the Amen Clinics), and Relationship Coach, blending her skills to provide a holistic and personalized approach to wellness and performance.
