Sarah Murphy, founder of OMNI Neuro, brings over nine years of advanced training in neurofeedback under qEEG Diplomates. Her professional focus was shaped by a personal recovery from a head injury, which led her to neurofeedback and its powerful impact on brain performance and healing.
Sarah specializes in peak performance, concussion recovery, mental resilience, sleep optimization, stress regulation, and flow states. She works with a broad range of clients, including professional athletes, children and teens, executives, entrepreneurs, and high performers seeking a competitive edge.
She is also a certified Life Coach, Brain Coach (Amen Clinics), and Relationship Coach, integrating these disciplines to deliver a highly personalized, holistic approach to brain health and performance.

Aubrie Randall is one of the amazing technicians at our Resilience Code office. She is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with her degree in psychology. She has worked as a mental health specialist in addiction recovery and intensive psychiatric care. Aubrie then began working as a neurofeedback technician in 2022.
She is a native to Colorado who loves traveling, art, and spending quality time with her two cats and husband. Aubrie is passionate about mental health advocacy and continuing her education in the field of psychology.

Alex grew up in Virginia, where she attended James Madison University to study Kinesiology. She then moved to Colorado to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy through CU, Anschutz Medical.
Alex's neurofeedback journey began with her desire for relief from symptoms related to having multiple head injuries. After her neurofeedback journey it was a no brainer for her to dive into the space as a specialist!
Her deep love and understanding for the brain and body connection has allowed her to take an interdisciplinary approach to Neurofeedback.
Alex holds additional certifications in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.

Rebecca Bassham is a seasoned health educator and Board Certified Neurofeedback (BCN) and QEEG-T practitioner, dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. With a background as a Radiologic Technologist and advanced studies in exercise physiology, neuroradiology, and applied psychophysiology, Rebecca combines deep brain science with mind-body awareness to help clients optimize health and performance.

Elle holds a BS in Psychology with an emphasis in healthcare and business and a minor in neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. She is Board Certified in Neurofeedback through the International Alliance of Biofeedback Services and is a brain-based, solution-focused accredited life coach. With 8 years of experience as a neurofeedback clinician, Elle has worked across behavioral analytics and neurological rehabilitation settings.

Lead Remote Neurofeedback Specialist
Annamarie Rathsack is the Lead Remote Neurofeedback Specialist at OMNI Neuro, guiding clients through tailored remote brain training programs with expertise and precision. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a focus in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Denver and is pursuing her M.S. in Organizational Psychology at Southern Methodist University, currently advancing toward her Ph.D. in Dallas, Texas. Annamarie combines cutting-edge neurofeedback knowledge with a deep understanding of the brain to optimize client outcomes.

Savannah is a Neurofeedback Technician and in pursuit of a undergraduate psychology major with a strong interest in the relationship between brain function, behavior, and nervous system regulation. A Colorado native, she brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work, shaped by her background in hospitality and passion for meaningful human connection. Savannah supports clients through data-informed neurofeedback while maintaining a deep appreciation for balance, growth, and the Colorado lifestyle.

Client Care Expert
Erin Fix is the Client Care Expert at OMNI Neuro and serves as a primary point of contact for our clients through email and phone communication. With a warm, attentive, and highly organized approach, Erin ensures each client feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey with OMNI Neuro.
Outside of work, Erin is a devoted mother to two adorable children and the proud wife of one of the best physical therapists in town. Her natural empathy, reliability, and heart for service make her an invaluable part of the OMNI Neuro team and a trusted advocate for every client she supports.
At OMNI Neurofeedback we focus our energy on customizing protocols for each individual, what one person needs is not what another may need. We focus on community and care of not only our clients but also our clinicians. We put a hard stop on our clinicians to only manage 30 sessions per week, this allows the clinician to give their best and the client to receive our best.
Neurofeedback is a growing field and we will always do our best to stay in front of new technologies and new approaches while keeping humanity in mind.
All of OMNI Neurofeedback training programs are overseen by team members who are Board Certified in Neurofeedback. Board Certification is an industry standard in neurofeedback specialists it exemplifies professionalism and sets the bar for educational requirements, endorses professional conduct, encourages continued mentorship, as well as a written examination for achievement of BCIA status.
